Equipment Operators are responsible for safely operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers for site development, grading, excavation, and utility projects. Must have experience on construction job sites, follow all safety standards, and work efficiently with crews to keep projects on schedule.
Diesel Mechanics are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining dump trucks, heavy equipment, and construction machinery to keep operations running efficiently. Must have experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance while ensuring all equipment meets safety and performance standards.
Construction Laborers are responsible for assisting with site preparation and general job site cleanup while supporting equipment operators and crews. Must be dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work with various hand and power tools in an outdoor, fast-paced construction environment.
