Why We Built Magnolia

Magnolia Construction Group of Tennessee began in 2026 with a desire to be a different kind of sitework partner. After all, we knew what it was like to deal with construction companies that didn’t meet expectations or treated you like a number rather than a person. Instead, we focused on custom solutions, client-centered service, and affordable, quality craftsmanship that actually holds up. And these values still guide our work today.

A Family-Owned Company

As a family-owned company with deep roots in Spring Hill and Middle Tennessee, we take ownership of our work and view our customers as long-term partners. As a result, our nimble, dedicated team brings the professionalism, follow-through, and seasoned expertise to complete complex, large-scale projects on time and on budget. When you work with us, you’re partnering with a reliable construction company known in the community for getting the job done right.

The People Behind It

Eddie and Stacy Smith
Founders

Eddie Smith and his wife Stacy Smith, were raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where they built the foundation for both their family and their work ethic. Together they have raised five children: Nasia, Hannah, Ava, Ellie, and Tré. Both at home and in business, Eddie and Stacy have always believed in building something that lasts.

Eddie entered the construction industry at a young age and quickly developed a passion for shaping community infrastructure. After experiencing the devastation of Hurricane Katrina firsthand, Eddie helped lead development and restoration efforts, gaining valuable experience in rebuilding and infrastructure work.

Years later, Eddie saw an opportunity to serve Middle Tennessee’s growing needs for strong infrastructure and dependable contractors. Starting with a single truck, he built Street Monster Trucking into a growing fleet and established a reputation for reliability and hard work across the Middle Tennessee area.

Recognizing the local demand for reliable site development services, Eddie and Stacy started Magnolia Construction Group of Tennessee in 2026. Leading the company today, they continue to build foundations that last throughout Middle Tennessee.
